We have been using the Green Monster for the last 6 months and have loved the service they provide. When we found out that we could receive both recycling and trash service with one company and for roughly the same price as the service provider we were using, we switched immediately. Additionally, some of the previous companies missed pick ups from time to time and even complained if we had more garbage than would fit in the can they provided.

These issues are in the past now that we have switched to the Green Monster. And with the benefit of recycling, we now have very little trash each week (1 to 2 bags), and are able to recycle the majority of the items that would have otherwise been thrown out. We now feel like we are helping in a small way in taking care of our environment.

We have used the Monster from its beginning -- a smooth transition from the departing Shamrock. [We used Shamrock from early in 2006 until they dissolved or sold their business]

The Green Monster service and personnel are an integrated same: good service and friendly people. I wish we had one service here in Autumn Ridge, rather than two or three scattered providers.

I would vote for the Monster not only because the service is good, but also because they have scratched so hard to become a company and one which is truly viable and does yeoman service.

My name is Eric Harris and I have been using Green Monster Recycling for over 1 year. At first, they just offered recycling service. It was a little less expensive then paying for trash service but I felt like it was my duty to the environment. Separating glass from all other things is very easy and much simpler than some other recycling programs I have participated in. Then, Green Monster started offering trash service as well as recycling service at about the same cost as my trash service and it was a no brainer. Only thing that would be better for trash service is if I didn't have to bag all the trash before it went into the bin, but this is a very minor inconvenience. No more of a hassle then separating plastic/metal/paper from glass.

I liked the service so much that when my wife opened a vet clinic in Mount Juliet, I insisted that she use Green Monster for their recycling.

Where do I begin! Green Monster is absolutely the best. I have been recycling for years I have used another service before finding Green Monster. I used another trash pick up. You couldn't pay me to change to anyone elese EVER!! They are timely, they clean up after themselves and they are just good people.

I would recommend Monster to anyone! I tell everyone about them. You can't bet them!

Just wanted to say thank you for the great service! I was sick yesterday and didn't get the cans to the curb, but one of the guys actually got my trash and took the recycling bin to the curb for me. Most companies wouldn't go that extra mile!
